I taped mine to my inner thigh but its not so comfortable. If you have any hair their whatsoever it can be a little painful. Tighty whitey's are your next best choice, two pair if necessary. This will keep it secure and warmer than putting it in your sock. Tuck it under your boys and ass, but i prefer the inner thigh. An ace bandage would be better than tape if you can find one of them.

Does the heat pack keep it at 90-100 for sure? What if it doesn't read 90-100 before I pour it into the cup?
