I assume most of your guys tests are random too. So how do you know when to start loading? Is it just an educated guess? Is there a point when you don't have to take such large amounts of creatine because there is already alot in your muscles and system? I have read the dilution sticky. and the creatine loading attachment but it is still pretty confusing. I consider myself a intelligent guy but alot of that language goes right over my head... any help?
