I have read it. a couple times. I just wanted like: three days before my test i take 5 grams of creatine (1 heaping teaspoon) 12 times. Day two I do the same until I have completed the loading process. At this point I only need 5 grams 2x a day until my RANDOM test comes up because my body is fully loaded with creatine and I am pissing large amounts of creatinine.
