Need help!!! on my EZ clone 30
Heh- usually an ez only runs 5-10 degrees over ambient- must be warm in there.
60 is lower than I'd go- i like right around 70-75. Time to root emergance is linearly correlated w/ internal temp- the warmer the faster- but when you hit about 82, you'll start seeing pythium issues.
5.5 is a little low, but shouldn't make a big differance. surprised it's so low w/ all that pro-tekt. You don't need the pro-tekt, by the way- unless yer buffering up w/ it.
You can give the farmer back his nuts, too- maybe he won't be so mad. No food till they're rooted, cuz if ya feed em they won't root.
Keep an eye on the water level, and toss an airstone in there.
That's not a new ez ( or at least it doesn't have the new inserts). How was it cleaned after last use?
Don't mist em unless they actually wilt.
My guess? yer ez's too cold, you've got too much crap in the res, and yer overmisting. You really don't have to mist an ez @ all.
You'll be able to bring some of them back.
