How often to those not using the dilution method end up dilute?
Hello,
I haven't smoked for months, but I have perused this web site in the past and read about the dilution method. I had an employment drug screen recently. The morning of, I drank around around 32oz OJ with breakfast at around 1100 AM, took one large Pee in the morning, then went for my test at around 2:00. It came out yellow, but it did seem dilute. My question is, how often do people not intentionally attempting to dilute their urine still end up with overly dilute urine. Also, will quest tell my employer, or will they contact me directly.

You actually have to be a pretty heavy drinker to get a negative dillute. Over 48 ounces of fluid in an hour is quite a lot of fluid in my book.
