Lowryder #2 not flowering & Misty question
A friend of mine is growing out some lowryder #2's for me, out of 5 seeds 4 are male (BUMMER) all around 6-7" tall, and one that has stopped growing upwards at 10" .It has no pre-flowers,just big fat wide leafs.has anyone come across this before?
My friend tried changing it to a 12/12 cycle as it was under 24/0 and still no sign of sex. if anyone can shed some light on this baffeling situation it would be great.
Also, the free Heath's original Misty (is the breader Heath robinson?), anyone got any info on them? thanx..Bng

Lowryder #2 not flowering & Misty question
Dotbong, I am into my second lowryder2 grow. bummer about all the males, ive been pretty lucky. First grow 6/10 females. Second grow 7/9 females. Your friends luck will be better next time. My experience with the auto flower strains is that the ones with the fatest leaves are usually female. tell your friend too pick a good looking male and try to pollinate his lone female. They are great seed producers. About 300 viable seeds off of first grow, on 5 pollinated females. Ialso never took them off a 24 hour light regime. And where put under 400 watt hps bulb after week one. first crop finished during week eight. hope this helps.

Lowryder #2 not flowering & Misty question
Well at last it has started to flower with avengance.it's 1.2ft tall and is flowering like a mad woman. All the males have almost finished (got me some good pollen) i'm going to cross the pollen with every plant in my arsnal and see what happens.should be interesting,I have seedsman's northan lights, outdoor mix, skunk #1 mix and some KC BRAINS Bahia Black Head,so i'mn going to have lots to play around with over the winter.I can't wait to see how it goes.man when they flower, they really flower.by all acounts it's a monster of a lowryder#2.how much do they grow during flowering? I'm guessing it got more mazar in it then lowryder,or it's just a later autoflowering plant, but she's a beauty.I'll take a pic when I can.
Thanx for all the helpfull and encouraging posts,i'd almost given up on any kind of flowering male or female.. . .keeop it green. .B:rasta:NG

Drop your lights to 10 hours. I had Afghani's that wouldn't flower & they finally did - is it a hermaphrodite?
No, it would still flower -
