What light should i get?

Hi ppl, i was wondering if you cud tell me wat wud be best for me to get, or which is produces a better crop etc. either the grow light with the 250W Osram Son-T-Plus Sodium Lamp for £75, or the Grow Light With 400W Grolux Dual Spectrum Lamp for £80. Opinions would be appreciated 2day as im looking to order them 2 nyt thanks ppl.

how many plants?
how many lumes does each put out?
what is your room ventilation like?
is a big electric bill an issue?
