Aero Garden - how can you make your own?

so I've been reading up on hydro lately and I'm looking at the aero garden now...

Whats the difference between the configuration of the AG compared to a bubbler system? It looks like the AG just runs a small pump to circulate water.

A Bubbler, Has the water in the bottom. & A Aeroponic's System has Pod's where the plant's are, & They Drain into a seperate reservoir.

Or are You talking about the aero-garden's they advertise for vegetable's??? It is just like a bubbler.
