Help Please: 19 days to Detox!!!!!!

I'm currently on probation and have a drug test in about 20 days. I've stopped smoking and just looking for some advice to pass my test on the 13th. I have to pass this and it's sent to a lab so theirs not really a clear way around it.

I'm thinking i'm just going to drink tons of water and run a mile or so every day and take small amounts of niacin regularly. Prior to this i smoked heavily probably about 1.5 grams a day. Please post with any advice, any help is appreciated. Thanks.

edit : also i can't afford another diluted test i just had one. I'd really prefer to just totally clean it out of my body. Im 5-10 150 with EXTREMELY high metabolism. thanks.

Only time and exercise can rid the body of THC. Theres no product, including niacin, that can rid the body of THC.

Try some metamucil. It will do the best for getting you cleaned out. That and exercise.

I thought Niacin helped clean the body out and detox wouldn't this help get rid of the THC?

Golden Seal...you can get it in the vitamin area in walmart. 6 bucks for 30 pills. you take 3 per meal. and the day before you take 4 per meal..still take them the day u take the test. you want atleast a week in advance to start this regiment. dont smoke 3 days prior

It might be out of your system by the time of your test. Recent studies are now saying Marijuanna detection times are 2-3 days for the infrequent user and around 10 for a chronic user. Obiously size, weight, metabolism, diet, and exercise play a role in this. If you stay on top of it by exercising, eating well, and hitting the sauna a couple times I'm confident you'll pass

Theres been no proof that niacin helps. In theory it sounds like it could help by opening the small blood vessels in the liver and kidneys. But I haven't seen any proof that it helps for detox. Exercise,high fiber diet and metamucil is the best way to detox.
