uvb floros

i was checkin out the bulb on petsmart.com and i found these uvb floros and i wann know if u could leave them on for a whole 12 hours on the plant ith out damaging them?cause i know ur only supposed to leave uvb lights on only for a few hours . but how about these?

Your looking in the wrong place and those lights are shitty, you want a little hid a 400hps would do, and read up about veg/bloom light cycles and everything else before you start
