If this also can help: I exercise daily, and quite a bit. I go on mile+ walks, and a few mile+ bike rides. Don't get confused here though, I don't go on a mile walk/run, then a few mile bike rides. I will do one, or the other. I also Weight lift, and run on the treadmill, and do anywhere from 50-200 sit-ups each night also.
If anyone can help me out, or even point me in the right direction, that would be highly appreciated.
