The point the Rhizome brought up is one reason growing sats indoors is SUCH a PITA. I think if I were to try it, I'd do the clone mom + flower clones immediately upon rooting technique.

Mr. C's suggestion of at least allowing 4-5 nodes is IMHO a very good one. This takes you at least out of the vulnerable seedling stage, when the plant is gaining strength and growing good roots, and puts you in the stage where adding fertilizer won't hurt it.

But given space and a choice... I'd wait to see nodes go alternating before flipping. With a strain that tends to stay short-ish, there's no reason NOT to!
