What is the humidity in the room? Do you have air movement? Sounds like acute heat stress but without info there's no way to be certain.
WHOA hang on I just noticed... CLONER?
Get rid of the big light NOW! Replace it with the smallest CFL you can find in a clip-on desk lamp or equivalent, about a FOOT from the plant tops. You'll kill your clones with too much light before they have roots!!!

If they have long roots, you are already late transplanting. Be VERY VERY careful not to damage the roots! What kind of system are they going into? I'd transplant right away, but don't put them under the HPS until they stop curling. You can mist them lightly with SMC leaf wash or even MORE lightly with DILUTED neem oil or wilt-pruf to help them retain water better while they are adjusting.

the problem was heat so i put a small room air unit in took care of it. and i trasnplanted today into flow bed with rocks i was careful with roots, leafs look real good just after 18 hrs.of cooling them down now im at 75 to 77 all day with 40 to 50% hummidity.
now that i have transplanted should i leave my 400 light on for at least 24 hrs and my bed pump on 15 on and 45 off?
    wants again thanks alot.
ill try to get some pics for you to see soon.

I'm not even going to try to give you a watering schedule, but I'd leave your light on a 24/0 schedule until you are certain that the transplant 'took', which will be a couple days. Watch for signs of wilting, and keep the light high above the plants. Then when you are confident that they are settled in, you can drop the light and switch to flower if you want. Sounds like you are good to go temps wise.
