Hey, I'm all for buget grows but you're gonna need to get some kind of extraction system, maybe a bathroom extractor would do for your exhaust. I hope you understand that 125w of cfl isn't very much, it'll work for one plant but that's about it. I've grown 2 plants with one 125 cfl and a few 20 watters to bring it upto 200 watts total but my results weren't great, not a big yield and buds weren't dense. I've just upgraded to a 250w cooltube hps system, I got that,a rvk fan and carbon filter for under £200. It might be worth paying a bit more for your setup depending on what you want to achieve. How many plants do you want to grow? If you decide to stick with the cfls the best advice I can give is to get as even a canopy of buds as possible, cfls really don't penetrate too well so it's important that you get as many buds as close to the lights as possible. Look into LST and Fimming techniques to maximize light efficiency and yield.
