This is something I think that needs to be explored more. I see nothing wrong with a court ordered,doctor administered drug being used to find out facts if there has been a murder or somebodies life is in imminent danger. Its far more humane that whats been done at gitmo. The suspects defense attorney should also have to be present and the interrogation video taped.
