Yes, very true, when a batch expires, they will exchange it. The problem is, they won't tell you when it expires, untill it is expired, so you could get caught with an old batch by the time your next random comes up, and you won't have the time to exchange it. I bought a couple of extras, for randoms, from eBay, the problem is, spectrum labs customer service will not tell you when it expires. I would feel much more comfortable knowing when it expires, so I know when I need to get some fresh quick fix. I don't understand why they will not tell you, it would just give the customer peace of mind, that's all.
