If you lived in my state, I would just say that if it has been this long then I doubt you have anything to worry about. If he was going to snitch he would have done it already.
However, you live in Missouri. My jaw hit the floor when I saw that the sentence is 7 years for growing 6 grams. I say get the fucking plant out of there whether or not the maintenance worker saw it! But that is just me.
Who knows... maybe in reality they go real easy on first time, single plant growers. I guess talk to a lawyer if you want to know what exactly you are risking. 7 years is what the statute says... and that is so not worth it in my opinion. I say either throw down some green to find out from a lawyer how you would be treated if you got caught, or just stick the plant outside somewhere remote to let it finish.

Thats a harsh law seven fu**ing years for one plant.
You dont get that for murder in England.
It sucks i would dump the plant if you are worried that someone has seen it.

I definitely wouldn't be growing in an apartment where people are free to come and go as 'needed.' Just my 2 cents.

possession of a single plant??
I live in the mid west and held back my entire adult life from growing because I was a renter. If you where to do seven years for one plant the yield is no where worth it.I would be praying for minimum security prison so you where not fighting off rape for your entire sentence.

possession of a single plant??
Sometimes im amazed at peoples logic. So youre worried about 7 years in jail...yet not sure if you should ditch ONE plant. Until its dried and in my pipe I assume its going to be lost. I once rented across the street from a cop and had to ditch 40 plants at week 5 because of a credible threat. Its just part of the game....win some/ lose some. Honestly, I think growing one plant with those penalties in a house that isnt under your own lock and key is complete lunacy!

it is often the cultivation that is a much bigger issue than the possession for consumption. I say cut it down and whatever you need to do to get your weed for personal use.
