Aren't you suppose to have ID for a PO Box? Doesn't that kind of negate the whole purpose of sending it away from your house?

I was thinking Mandala or Marijuana Seeds. I have been been reading this site for a while back when they actually had a forum for seeds. Anyways, I sometimes read that I should not send my seeds to the actual house that will be growing it. Is this actually true? If it is, can I get some ideas of where to send them?
