i haven't smoked for 30 days

it's been exactly 30 days.
now, prior to this i smoked medicinal grade multiple times a day for about 4-5 months.
i have a test sometime this week, possibly even tomorrow (april 22)
i am 5'9" 150lbs with a high metabolism.
subbing is NOT an option for this test, as it will be supervised closely.
what steps should i take to maximize my chances of passing this test?

can i get a reply from someone who knows what they're talking about and isn't just trying to increase their post count?
obviously, i would follow the *dillution* sticky.
would i modify it at all due to the fact that i haven't puffed in a month?

You maybe clean and may not be I would get a home test and check yourself you maybe clean already,but everyone is different. I have seen it take people months to get clean, If I were you I would check myself and then depending on the result I would follow the dil sticky to a tee.
