Well this year Ive fallen in love with it. Especially with the Definitive Jux label. Aesop Rock, Cage, Mr. Lif, El-P, Cool Calm Pete etc. are amazing.
The lyrics are so powerful. Alot of the stuff that they talk about easily relates to so much about you and me.
Its a style of poetry to a beat and its like a breath of fresh air from life for me. I can just zone out so easy.

Its so sad the most amazing music is never heard and is always drowned out by this mainstream Popcorn Rap.

If you are into heavy poetry, I urge you to look into this kind of music. Its completely different then the trash on the radio
