Easy enough to beat.... take your bank statements and credit card statements down to the DA's office, along with there letter and *SHOW THEM* your accounts are correct, then offer to take it to the state attorney generals office, and the local TV stations news room if it can't be dealt with locally. You might also want to suggest that there is a possibility of identity theft by the gas station owner....I am assuming the ATM was at the gas station and not at your bank.

Court Conspiractcy So I recieved this letter from the attorney general yesterday.Now first let me say,i've never made a overdraft in my life nor wrote any bad checks,and there is money in my acount.The letter siad "I owe $840 to xxx gas station or from 5 days from the 17th i'll be arrested."I recieved this letter Friday so I called.It was a bunch of b.s.
