im starting a small breeding program myself,
i started 5 seeds 2 afghanixpurple kush and 3 sweet tooth, i got 2 females out of the sweettooths and the afghani's are both male. so i killed one and kept the other because it's leaves were fatter and the plant was shorter.
anyways the way i am keeping the male from pollinating the 2 females that are in the box with it is with a snack sized ziplock bag.
i cut off all of the side shoots leading up from the base, and tied the baggie around the flowering top of the plant. i open it for a few minutes during the light cycle to let out the humidity.
when the plant finally drops its pollen into the sac, im hoping it will be visible so i can just cut the plant just below the baggie and use that for selective pollination.
ill be crossing that afghanixpurplekush pollen with a variety of plants, including white widow, bella chaio, indiana g-13, sweettooth, and a confirmed afghanixpurplekush female :rastasmoke:

I was reading this thread: http://boards.cannabis.com/indoor-growing/154374-i-think-something-bad-happened.html , but I didn't want to step on it so I thought I'd create another one. I'm growing in a really small space, 1 rubbermaid tub with 92w of CFL. I've done it once before, finished two plants, tied them over to the side and got a decent yield for my needs. The last time I started three, got one male and threw him out. But this time I started two and might consider keeping the Rating: 5
