Four plants in four square feet is going to be tight. 5 or 6 sq. ft. is more like it for 4 plants. Are you doing a scrog? If not, you'll want to go to flower early.
As for the light...
3000 lumens/sq. ft. = marginal grow
4000 lumens/sq. ft = pretty good grow
5000+ lumens sq. ft. = very good grow
15000 lumens in 4 sq. ft. is going to be pretty marginal. I'd try to get more light.

hey thanks guys,i think i seen something on here about ,having 5000 lumen per plant to get a good harvest,so what do ya think about 20,000 lumens, and by the way i will call a good harvest an ounce or two because my last grow i only yeilded abou a half ounce out of both plants i had.:rastasmoke:

It's definitely possible with combination of minor LST, multiple scrogs and keeping the lights within 1/2" - 1" of the canopy and lollipopping the heck out of the plant come flowering. By "the heck" I mean going up higher than you normally would to accomodate for the height growth burst that occurs during flowering.

Also if you can get cfl bulbs that go beyond 6500K.. like in the 7200K range this will help keep your plant compact. As well as doing about a 3:1 ratio of red bulbs vs blue bulbs come flower time.

4 plants in square 3 gallon pots will fit perfectly in a 2'x2' area with a little bit of room to spare.

20k lumens would be ideal, even more would be better.. but just so you know it is possible to grow at less than 5k lumens per sqft. It's just not 'ideal'.
