day 18 isn't too far into flowering. She'll likely bounce back without any issue. Be sure that if you cut that cola and it's hollow.. to stick a toothpick in the hollow part. Last thing you want is to be vulnerable to infection.

I wouldn't do anymore pruning after this though. After this I'd consider you well into flower and beyond the point of no return.

How much of the plant are you going to be pruning? 1/10th? 1/3rd? etc etc.

You really don't want to trim more than 1/3rd of the plant at any given time.. and during flowering I'd even say you wouldn't want to prune more than 1/8th of the plant, just to keep stress to a minimum.

edit: I just looked at the pictures again and answered my own questions. Yeah, cut that little bugger off. If you have any other pruning you want to do it now. Beyond this I wouldn't suggest pruning anymore as you will be well into flower.

I wish I had done some trimming before I past my 3rd week of flowering. It's given me maintenance/watering headache ever since.
