Cannabis and Sudafed and/or Acetaminophen

I am taking sudafed with occasional acetaminophen for an allergy problem I'm having right now. I don't think either of these interact with smoking cannabis, but I just wanted to make sure since 4/20 is this weekend

I plan on dropping the acetaminophen just in case I party this weekend, and sudafed doesn't interact with alcohol. So mainly, my question is, does anyone know of any bad side effects of smoking while on sudafed mainly or acetaminophen? Will it intensify or decrease my high or anything else?

The only thing I know about acetaminophen is that it is a terrible drug. Extremely hard on your liver and kidneys and very easy to OD on it and ruin your kidneys for life. They use it in conjunction with other pain meds and so makes those other meds very dangerous to use.
