It depends on how much air that you need to move so i can not really comment on what fan you will need.
If your built in ballast is giving off a lot of heat would it not be best to change to lights where you can put the ballast outside your grow space if so that will take a lot of the heat out, my ballast is outside the grow space and it's good.:thumbsup:
