Ok so my friend let me borrow his water pipe and it was a nice big one that cost him 80 bucks. Well needless to say my brother and I accidently broke it but it was all good because only the top part broke off and it was a very clear cut so there wasn't a million tiny pieces. So if he did that then he would have 40 bucks to be able to buy something new and still have his old one as well. Sounds like a pretty good deal right? Well he was infuriated because we had left not paying him back the full price and he ended up throwing out a perfectly good water pipe. It pissed me off that he was mad about it because for one thing its not as if he even paid for it because the dude has rich parents who paid for it inadvertently. So anyway was I a douche bag for not just giving him the full refund or was he just an idiot for not just simply fixing it and then buy a new one?
Thought you said he was a friend i would hate to see how you would treat you enemy's, think about it he was good to lend it to you in the first place, i dont think the fact that his parents are rich has anything to do with it.
