I'm going to disagree with you! (I still love ya, gal! And you are absolutely right 99% of the time- but this is a 1% situation! )

I think he should grow out the plant! Yes, it MAY be a hermie....but it MAY be a "true female, unlikely to hermie no matter what! Give it a chance- easy enough to kill it IF/WHEN it shows balls!

My advice- grow her out, if she's a hermie, you keep a close eye on her and pick off any male flowers. If you get male flowers, you'll never get them all, but you can cut down on the number of seeds. All of us "old hippies" grew up on seeded weed, but you "young 'uns" are kinda spoiled by all this sinsemilla bud. Seeds are an inconvenience, not a disaster!

Stinky, this is a kid growing his one and only plant. He may end up with a hermie... or not. Flip a coin! At the worst, this is a learning experience!

Also, unless he is skimpy on the water or has a small pot, he's likely over watering. But in a month, "she" goes outside into dirt. All he has to do is just keep "her" alive for a month, and then Mother Nature takes over (and does a far better job than we mortals can do!). I think he can manage it! - Granny:hippy:
