    You should really read some threads on the subject, there's lots available.

    The short course: Cut your clones from plant, placing them in water as you cut them. When you have enough cuttings in the water do the following: Cut end of cutting at 45 degree angle(exposing more area on tip), dip in rooting hormone and place in moist medium. Be sure youhave at least one node dipped in rooting hormone. Place humidity dome over cuttings to retain moisture OR mist a few times a day for a few days. They should root in 7 to 10 days.
