the end of the joint keeps getting hard....

My latest batch I bought when rolled into a joint contiuously goes rock hard at the end and becomes impossible to smoke.

All I'm wondering is if anybody knows why this is? Have you had any like this before?

I don't think its grit weed (done the two simple tests and it looks like normal bud I'd say) but i cant be certain.

Any help is much appreciated

take a little 'rock' of ash and crush it between your fingers.. if it SMUDGES.. then your fucked.. its contaminated with some kind of oil, ive had it a few times before - my mate who grows was telling me about how horrific it is. not healthy atall

you cant really do anything to the bud to sort it out.. so my advice is get a new dealer.
