put on like 3 coats of Krylon Flat White spraypaint on a small cab. I was very nervous about the fumes... and almost used an uneccessary noxious paint. Luckily I had some help from the Fam (canncom members.) Anyway, back to the point... I left the box outside to dry all day and after bringing it inside I left the exhaust fan on and the internal oscillator on for a few hours. After I jammed my head in their for a minute or so... huffing and puffing my lungs out... and I didn't get dizzy or pass out so I decided they should be fine. That Krylon dries in 10 minutes... handles in 1 hour. I'm sure, as Stinky mentioned, that leaving it for an extended period of time is undoubtedly more effective, however I am a simple bagseed newb so I was not terribly concerned if something happened. (That sounds really insensitive to such a wonderful plant... I promise I do wish to see them all in happy healthy environments ) Finally, if you're plants are healthy, I would put up some mylar, panda, etc. as opposed to painting just to avoid any possible tragedies. Happy burning

p.s. If my thoughts are scattered it is because people just showed up here and I needed to hurry up and finish. :rasta:
TheMetal1 Reviewed by TheMetal1 on . Fresh Paint Affecting Plants? Hey guys, I'm on day 10 of my first cabinet grow and I want to paint the walls of my cab white for reflection but would the fresh paint harm my little girls in any way? I would think so because it's just like us breathing in that shit right? I'm on a 20/4 light schedule and was going to paint right when the lights go out and put them in my dark closet then put them back in when the lights come back on. Should I do it? Any input would be greatly appreciated. -MK Rating: 5
