Need A Lot of Hair Testing Information

I have just discovered that I have been selected for a random hair drug test. It's hopefully longer than three weeks from now possibly longer. I have been smoking chronically for essentially two and a half months now. My plans at the moment are to 1Begin running vigorously to get all thc metabolites out of my system.2.Spend a lot of time in the sun and hopefully get some time in a tanning booth to hopefully break down some thc metablites. But I need some other information on bleaching hair and the effectivness of it along with baking soda paste to open the cuticles and other methods. Does anyone know any certain tecniques that open the cuticles on the hair? I'm planning on being very dedicated to this over the next however many weeks I have so any information posted here would be invaluable to me. Thanks All
