Based only on the evidence presented in the original post, I would have to say "no". We can imagine higher dimensions in mathematical terms because math has that wonderful application to everything physically or theoretically possible (in logical terms). Nobody has actually been able to visually concieve of a higher dimension (well, excluding certain uncertain potentials in shamanism), only use math to represent it in a 3-dimentional-and-down plane where it is percievable to us.
