Water helps.
Sugar/food helps.

Try to get yourself nutritionally on-track otherwise and you'll probably experience a better high. Eat enough healthy fats (hemp seed has lots of these!) and proteins. Take a good multivitamin and mineral supplement.

Calcium, magnesium, and potassium can help - you can find these in Gatorade or Smart Water, or get them as supplements.

If you weren't taking antidepressants I would advise 5-HTP or St John's Wort (5-HTP you can pop at the same time you smoke but St John's Wort takes at least three weeks to work fully) as they boost serotonin (5-hydroxytryptophan = 5-HTP so this supplement is allegedly identical to the serotonin in your brain). However, in your specific case I wouldn't advise this in addition to your antidepressants.

However, you could ask your doctor about switching to these natural supplements, if you so desired.

Calming a high Sorry if this is the wrong forum, I didn't see any others that seemed suitable, and there are lots of people in here so I might as well. I recently stopped smoking, and got back into it, but noticed that I have been having a bit of panic/anxiety attacks while I am high. Is there anyway I can take vitamins, or do something to reduce these feelings of stress and anxiety? Something to keep in mind is - I am prescribed Anti-depressants, (Lexapro, or escitalopram) and when I smoked I smoked Rating: 5
