    Two plants from one seed?

Somehow we got two babies out of one seed. Everything was accounted for number-wise when we planted, a couple days later two babies pop out of the same hole. Has anyone ever had this happen before? I guess its possible we made a sticky finger mistake and miscounted somewhere, but we dont think so.

Anyway, what should I do with them? I was afraid to seperate them, didnt want to pull the roots apart. Has anyone grown two this close together and if so, how was the end result?

Please let us know what we should do with these twins. Thanks!

    Two plants from one seed?

twins happen an rare occasion ... I've personally never had it happen, but I think Stinky Attic had one posted up a long time ago ... I would continue to grow them out, and after they're a few inches tall, I would snip off the lesser of the two, I would NOT try to separate them ... it CAN be done, but it's so critical, it's much safer to just cull the inferior one ... good luck

the plant may compensate and grow a larger root system i would only chop off the smaller stem if the plant falls behind or looks ill would be nice to see a flowered twin !!!
