Okay since I have been flushing and the trichs have matured they all have purple coming up the bottom of the trich stem what does this been is it a good thing?

If I'm understanding you correctly, trichomes are beginning to turn a darker brown/amber color? If so, it technically means the THC is beginning to degrade. The longer you wait to harvest, the more you'll see this discoloration in the trichs, and the more narcotic the high will become.

No not turning darker I look at them under my scope and there is purple coming up through the bottom of the trichs stem. Most of the heads of the trichs are cloudy

Some Strain's do weird stuff, I think you are seeing something like My Flo Strain does.????
