You opinions on smell?

I've never grown before and am seriously thinking about doing a rubbermaid type grow chamber thing. Honestly how bad do you think that the smell would be being pushed outside. I live in an apartment complex. The vent outside is maybe 8-10 feet off the ground. Think it would be that the smells from a small grow chamber like that would be noticeable?

I think it would stink lol I've never done a rubbermaid grow but I have done small grows with only 2 plants and I can assure you the whole upstairs of my house smelled of green when it was a few weeks into flowering. I wouldn't consider venting only 10ft high outside my place, it's gonna be at practically the idea height so a passer by can smell it, 2nd floor you might get away with it. Why don't you try making a cheap carbon scrubber?

if you are growing in an inhabited area, someone WILL smell it ... ( I have a piss-poor sense of smell, but I can find pot, you can bet your ass on that) ...
