Dont think they have to read you your rights if your hanndin your self in for a warrent.. I pressume you have already been charged? If if just for questionin then they dont have to unless your getting charged and placed under arrsest.

Id ask your lawyer about it but im sure there nothing you can do about it as it is your word against theres..
