4.) last one, and I wasnt too sure about this from the sub. thread...when I warm up my water to get my sub to proper temp, should I BOIL water or just use REALLY hot water from the sink???

3:Hand warmer is a good backup. If you nuke it to 100 degrees and then put it in your crotch you should be good for a couple hours.
4:Microwave 10 seconds for 2 ounces.
