a few quick substituion questions...

I have someone for my sub since I have yet ANOTHER drug screen @ my job, I know personally I dont pass and this person is as clean as a whistle, takes no medications and has no diseases...

1.) during this test does NICOTINE show up??? if it does, I'll have to NOT smoke a cig before my test @ all

2.) when STORING my substitution, how long do I have, my plan is to put in the freezer (to minimize smell and bacterial growth) over night, wake up early and do what i need to do...since I am getting it around 10-11 pm and my test is @ 9pm, is that too long to wait for my storing purposes???
- I have read the substitution sticky and it turned into an e-fight for a while, so this is stuff I need to know


3.) should I invest in HANDWARMERS to keep it warm or to, if needed, a quick warm-up the day of??? I have the thermometer and the storage supplies for my subsitution and they are air-tight


4.) last one, and I wasnt too sure about this from the sub. thread...when I warm up my water to get my sub to proper temp, should I BOIL water or just use REALLY hot water from the sink???

2:Just in the frig should be fine
3:Hand warmer is a good backup. If you nuke it to 100 degrees and then put it in your crotch you should be good for a couple hours.
4:Microwave 10 seconds for 2 ounces.
