Do you believe your presidential vote actually counts toward an accurate tally?

Is the government really giving us an option or is this all pre-determined?

Unless your a resident of Florida or Michigan it does....LOL.

IF this was a rigged deal I think you would have saw Clinton whooping ass on Obama.

The DNC has always considered Bill as a major part of campaign trail, even when it was Kerry running. It'll be interesting, if it is Obama, how the Clintons react. Been alot of water under the bridge in the last few months and I think it would be kind of hard for either Clinton to now go on the road for Obama. Not to mention the personal resentment.

Then of course there's that Bush, Clinton dynasty thing that people talk about. Seems that if this were predetermined the race would be between Jeb Bush and Hillary Clinton.

Doesn't it seem strange that the last few elections the tallys were so close that they had to re-count. How does the USA not have an accurate machine (all it does is count votes) which determines the PRESIDENT, but we can create other more sophisticated complex machines....

One thing that I've learned in business is that when "machines" are changed there are always little problems that are encountered after the fact. Heaven forbid ANY business gives a new system a good ol' trial run...just do the switch over and live with the results. The state I live in still has the good ol card where you connect the arrow for your desired candidate...then it's fed into a damn machine....LOL.

I can see a day in the future when it'll be a phone in like American Idol.....now that will be interesting and the results heavily contested.

They say it counts but with tools such as Electoral College I dont think it does. Only for local elections does it actually count

Dont forget the SUPER DELEGATES, how can one person's vote count 10000 times more than yours or mine when we are detemining who the leader of the United States (FOR ALL OF US) is going to be for four years..

Our machines are 100% accurate. The white Christian men with lots of money always get their choice, our voting machines never fail them.

They are as accurate as they can expected to be given the number of votes, there's always margin of error in anything, doesn't mean it's rigged..

It just gets pretty emotional when the vote difference is so close it falls within that standard margin of error.

This whole fiasco of everyone kneejerking to computers after Dade counties hanging chads is going to screw things up for a couple of cycles, but all the votes are tallied locally everywhere anyway and most people are honest enough..
