    I thought the idea was to have more wavelength at the blue end than the red end?

    No the lumens isn't the most important factor. Lumens is a measure of visible light, it's a measurement based on human eye not how a plant uses light. PAR is a much better measure, photosynthetically active radiation. It takes into account which portions of the electromagnetic spectrum a plant uses to drive photosynthesis. You could put a plant under a billion lumens of green light and it won't grow at all because all the light is reflected off the plant.

    got half cool white and half plant and aquarium . them things are pricy but i try anything

    Ya your right about that philly i was just assuming i guess that most average people would not be using a green light lol . You know exactly what i meant smart ass just givin ya shit philly is correct on that also

    that combo will work fine...and if u want to add blue spectrum,get an actinic 48'' growbulb,about 30$ each

    thank you i have done them under hps. very nice bud taste and smokes well .thought i would try this. had lights laying around from construction job.Into weeks 2. will post update.
