Deleted Threads, Rep Points and Karma

hypothethically speaking, say member A gave a good rep, or good karma, to member B in a thread, and that thread is deleted, what does member B see in their control panel? is the rep gone, or is the green dot turned to black? if it is turned to black, wouldn't member B think that it is a negative rep, resulting in bad Karma for A? just courious.

It just goes *poof* and disappears. The black/grey dot is just members who don't have a high enough rep level or haven't been here long enough to actually give rep POINTS, even though they can still leave a comment.

if their square is black then they have rep turned off, it might just go away, but i doubt it'll decrease their rep.
lets find out.

yeah, this thread does seem to have some mystic powers in it. :stoned: i was going to give you some good karma but i'm not sure if want to move from being a jewel in the rough to just being nice. :jointsmile:

i never even noticed the emeralds until i get this rep from a certain bud girl on this forum :giveflower:, that says "have a free green dot" and just like magic a new one appeared . . . :jointsmile:
