If you read the grow reports on overgrow.com alot of the sativas people grow and smoke will make then paranoid and hallucinate if they smoke alot. I tend to think paranoia is a personal chemistry thing. I think some people are proned to it more than others. I have a buddy who i refuse to do anything stronger than pot with beccause he always kills it with his paranioa. He gets paranoid on pot also but it doesnt bother, i'm too busy chillin out.
