Actually I think this is a new product. Their standard 400 watt hps has sold for $119. This one came recently within the last 4-5 weeks. I'm assuming it's a lower end product and will remain at that price.

I wouldn't urge anyone to jump on it for the simple fact that you can pay $20 more and get a remote ballast. Far more ideal for a grow room unless you live in a very cold area.
