She took the test today and everything went smoothly. She diluted this morning to have a back up method but ended up subbing because it was very convient to do so.

I guess everyone was right, the first time just lead to many more worries than need be - subbing was very easy and the temperature was spot on.

Thanks for all the great advice and support. Now I need some advice about an upcoming drug screen and physical - can't wait for this all to be over! I made a post about it, if anyone has any knowledge on the subject.

It has been 21 days since I last smoked, however was smoking chronically prior (about 1-2 times a day) What is my best option? Number -1? Rating: 5
