Grower's beware! police have been staking out hydroponic supply stores. a few people i know of have been busted this way. the pigs sit off in the distance undercover and just watch whoever goes in. then they copy your license plate or follow you home. If you have to go to the grow shop pleeaaase be careful or get someone else 'clean' to go for you and arrange to get your supplies later.

Doesn't seem they'd have probable cause. Sort of like stopping everyone leaving a bar. Someone will challenge this and it will stop.

if cops showed up at my house with THAT as their probable cause, they'd get 3 things from me... my two middle fingers and a door slammed in their face

People have been saying this for years.To be honest,I personally don't have any worries going into my hydro store or with ordering products online.NOTHING that they sell in hydro shops are illegal,however what you use the products for is a diffrent story.As long as you have EVERYTHING else covered,such as no suspicious activities around your house,garbage well disposed,seeds going to address away from yours,etc. I don't feel you need to be parinoid.If all these are covered it would be pretty hard to prove probable cause based on buying gardening equpt.and if they do show up at you house it must be because they have a reason to watch you and I doubt it STARTED with going to a hydro store.Good Luck and Be Safe!!

When Healing Nations was raided in Corona last summer, I think I had multiple DEA agents write my plates down, multiple times, in 1 day.
I am not loosing any sleep over it.
But I guess you can't be too careful! Always something to keep in the back of your mind I guess, but good rule of thumb is to NOT SELL IT.:jointsmile:

the warning is for everyone, but i can say for the virginia area just be careful. i know half of you have eveything on point and have no loose ends, but this warning is to help out you other jokers. i hate to see stupid people get busted, especially since their actions can reflect on all the other growers.

you can whine and say itll never happen to you and chances are it probably wont. wouldnt you rather be a little over protected than under though? laws have been broken before to catch 'bad guys' and your life isnt as private as you may think.

yea that sucks , they couldnt use that for probable cause
but they could see who buys lots of shit there then follow
them around to see if they can smell anything or see any
power issues
