perlite should be available and home depot/lowes/walmart i know i've seen it there before in the big white bags otherwise if there are any nurseries (the plant kind) near you they should also have perlite as i've seen it there as well..they even had it in bulk lol why you would need bulk perlite i have no idea unless you are the uber grower
