Hair Folicle Test on May 20th or so....

I have a hair test on May 20th our around then... I am male, 5'11'' 190 lbs. Had not smoked for a couple of months until Jan 25, 2008 only a couple of hits from a hitter, then only 1 or 2 hits from a hitter on jan. 26,(the next day) ... I have not smoked since that time, will I be good to go by that time?

if i am correct it will be the 115 day mark when you will have your test you should be fine .... i dont think theres a real need to do the MaC method or Jerry G's method.. Your best bet to be safe, you should purchase some Zydot and do a full treatment day of your test other than that i think you will ok
