if i am correct it will be the 115 day mark when you will have your test you should be fine .... i dont think theres a real need to do the MaC method or Jerry G's method.. Your best bet to be safe, you should purchase some Zydot and do a full treatment day of your test other than that i think you will ok

Had not smoked for a couple of months until Jan 25, 2008 only a couple of hits from a hitter, then only 1 or 2 hits from a hitter on jan. 26,(the next day) ...
