Guerillalodik has given you some great starting information and I think your on the right track. Some other great ways to help you shed some thc metabolites would be cardio and metamucil. Running will help to raise your metabolism and fiber will help to excrete thc metabolite through your colon. Your a pretty big guy so I would recommend both and defiantly test yourself periodically.
